Vegan gluten free beancurd cannelloni

Our sister Victoria had some guests for a Christmas dinner party, but the chef didn’t turned up!
Luckily she called us in time to prepare a delicious main dish.

This recipe uses beancurd sheets as an alternative of usual lasagne pasta sheet or wheat cannelloni. It’s higher in protein, tender and doesn’t contain gluten.

For a full gluten free version just swap the plain flour with any gluten-free flour (rice or tapioca will work well).
