3 ingredients vegan protein mousse

Do you want indulge yourself with a healthy, nutritious and protein-loaded mousse?

You need only 3 ingredients:

  • 1 can of chickpea (only the aquafaba!)
  • 1 Tbsp of your favourite protein powder
  • cocoa powder

For this recipe I have used The Protein Works – tiramisu’ flavour, giving an extra chocolate boost with cocoa powder.

Reduce the aquafaba by heating in a saucepan for a few minutes.

let it cool down and leave it in the fridge.

Start whipping the aquafaba until thick enough (if you turn the jar upside down it should remain firm).

Add the protein powder and cocoa and start whipping again.

Refrigerate and consume within 3 days.
