Vegan seitan quarter pound burgers

What a challenge!
This recipe video is made in 3 parts and took us a while to film, but I can garantee the result is delicious!

Delicious and tender.

In this version I skipped the part 1 of the video, then swapped the bulgur with split yellow peas.

After steaming, I dipped the burger into a mixture of cornflour, chicken-flavouring spices and salt.

Then in breadcrumbs.

Finally, pan fried.
